TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

1. In consideration of being able to claim membership, access and/or download a copy of a File, you must agree to accept and abide by the following terms and conditions.
   
   
2. All website texts and images are the exclusive copyrighted property of the English and may not be copied or reproduced in any form. All Rights Reserved.
   
   
3. All materials contained within the attached PDF files (henceforth "a File") are the exclusive copyrighted property of the English . All Rights Reserved.
   
   
4. A File may not be sold, transferred or modified. A file may not be shared with a third party except for educational use with students for whom the English members are directly responsible.
   
   
5. A single copy may be downloaded and/or printed, and stored temporarily on a single PC for educational use. Additional copies, whether electronic or paper, may not be made or distributed without the advance, written permission of  the English , except for legitimate classroom usage.
   
   the English materials are copyright. the English grants permission for photocopies of files to be made exclusively by subscribing members for their own use or use by classes for which they are directly responsible. This permission does not extend to additional schools or branches of an institution.
   
   
6. All Files may be modified at any time by the English without prior notification. Modification includes alteration, addition and deletion of Files.
   
   
7. All information collected by the English is held in strictest confidence. Information will never be passed on to, sold to or shared with a third party except in response to legal requests, court orders, warrents or subpoena made by legitimate legal agencies.
   
   
8. You, the subscribing the English member, agree to hold information obtained from the English , including passwords and files, in strictest confidence and not disclose or share any information with a third party except in accordance with this agreement.
   
   
9. the English uses Paypal as its payment service provider. All payment transactions governed and subject to PayPal's user agreement.
   
   
10. the English reserves the right to terminate membership immediately upon finding that member to be in violation of the terms as described in this agreement. No refund of membership fee will be made in this case.
    
    
11. the English has a no refund policy on subscriptions already made. Refunds are given entirely at the discretion of the English management.
    
    
12. Views and details expressed in the English Files are not those of the publisher and the English takes no responsibility for offence or complaints arising from any of its material.
    
    
13. the English adopts anti-virus policies and best practice but in no way accepts any liability for, and specifically excludes against, any damage whatsoever and howsoever caused by any virus or similar program transmitted by the File. Any download or use of the File is entirely at the risk of the user.
    
    
14. This Agreement and the obligations of the parties shall be governed by the laws of England.
    
    
15. This Agreement may be modified at any time by  the English and such new or modified terms and conditions as it may, in its sole discretion, impose shall take effect immediately. Modification includes alteration, addition and deletion of terms.
    
    
16. By becoming a member, you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
